Sharon graduated in 2011 from the Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner program from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario. She worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Health Sciences North in the complex care diabetes program providing primary care to clients/patients living with diabetes until May 2023. In May of 2023, she moved to Barrie, Ontario and worked at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in the Geriatric program until January 2026. Taylor graduated from Western University in 2020 and began her nursing career as a float nurse before transitioning to emergency nursing. She has worked as an instructor at Western and Fanshawe, as well as in emergency departments across Canada, experiences that have strengthened her adaptability and passion for learning. She returned to Western to complete her Nurse Practitioner education, graduating in 2025 after gaining clinical experience in emergency and acute care settings.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Western University in 2019 and began my nursing career working at the bedside as a Labour & Delivery nurse. I went on to complete my Nurse Practitioner education at Western University in 2023 and have been working in primary care ever since.

I have a passion for women’s and pediatric health and really enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. I strive to provide care that is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized to each patient’s needs.

She has over a decade of experience practicing crisis intervention and solution-focused approaches with children, youth, and families.
